A: We support a wide range of smartphone and accessory models, including iPhone (latest and older series), Samsung Galaxy devices, Xiaomi/Redmi, Motorola, and more. You can browse by “Phone Brand & Model” on our site to find compatible cases.

Q: Are your cases MagSafe-compatible or wireless charging safe? +

A: Yes. Many of our cases (especially our magnetic, metallic, and slim models) are designed to support MagSafe or wireless charging. We clearly mark which cases are MagSafe/charging compatible in the product description.

Q: Can I personalize or customize a case (e.g., with my name, design, photo)? +

A: Yes! We offer personalized / custom case options. On the product page, select the “Personalized Your Case” category or customization option. Upload your design or specify your text, and we’ll handle the rest.

Q: What materials do you use in your cases? +

A: Depending on the model, we use premium materials such as:
Soft TPU or silicone blends for shock absorption
Hard PC or PC + TPU hybrids for rigidity
Faux leather, suede, or premium PU for aesthetic finishes
Metal or aluminum accents for frame or lens protection
Clear, scratch-resistant coatings to maintain clarity

Q: How long does shipping take? +

Shipping times vary by destination. Typically, domestic (U.S.) orders arrive in 3–7 business days, while international orders can take 7–21 business days depending on customs, local postal services, and your region.

Q: Can I track my order? +

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use the “Track My Order” link in the site footer.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping? +

At present, we primarily offer standard shipping. If expedited options are available for your region, they will be shown at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Q: What is your return / refund policy? +
