Great question! We’re not magicians, but we do our best to make sure our cases fit like a glove. Just check the product description for compatibility with your phone model. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to us—our crystal ball is always on standby for inquiries!
What if I don’t like my case once it arrives?
Oh no, we don’t want you to have a case of the buyer’s remorse! If you’re not head over heels in love with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Just give us a shout, and we’ll guide you through the return process faster than you can say “case closed!”
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is like a rollercoaster ride—sometimes it’s quick, and sometimes it takes a little longer! Typically, you can expect your fabulous new case to arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. And don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info so you can follow your case’s journey!
Do you offer international shipping?
As much as we’d love to send our cases around the globe, we currently only ship within the United States. But hey, keep your fingers crossed! We’re always dreaming of world domination (or at least expanding our shipping options) in the future!
What if my case arrives damaged?
Yikes! We definitely don’t want that! If your case arrives looking like it’s been through a battle, contact us immediately with some pics, and we’ll make it right. We believe in happy endings, and we’ll arrange a replacement faster than you can say “glitter explosion!”
Can I exchange my case for a different design?
While we don’t do exchanges for a different design, we’re all about making things right! If your case is defective or damaged, just let us know, and we’ll sort it out. Otherwise, you can return your case and grab a new one that suits your style better!
